Thriftero lets users create public profiles and, where available, publish promotions, links, flyers, images, QR-linked pages, email-gated reveals, referral activity, and related public information.

By creating an account, accessing Thriftero, publishing content, submitting information, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using the service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish on Thriftero.
• You may not use Thriftero for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, or spam-related activity.
• You must have the right to use and publish any content, branding, logo, text, image, flyer, photo, promotion, code, link, business information, or other material you add.
• You may not upload or publish content that infringes another party's rights or creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk for Thriftero, its users, or the public.
• You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse login systems, misuse referral systems, scrape the service, overload the service, or attempt to bypass platform limits.

Accounts and access

• Access is currently handled through email login codes.
• You are responsible for controlling access to the email account used to sign in.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• You may request deletion of your account from your dashboard when that option is available.
• We may suspend, restrict, block, remove, or disable accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, create risk for the platform, misuse visitor information, publish misleading content, or harm users or Thriftero.

Profiles, links, and promotions

• Businesses and profile owners control the information, links, promotions, images, flyers, codes, and offer details they publish.
• You are responsible for keeping your profile and promotion information current and accurate.
• Any promotion, offer, code, discount, date, restriction, eligibility rule, redemption rule, expiration rule, external link, or customer-facing promise is set by the business or profile owner that publishes it.
• You are responsible for honoring, correcting, expiring, removing, or updating your own promotions.
• Thriftero may record activity within the platform, such as views, clicks, reveals, QR scans, lead submissions, and link activity.
• Thriftero does not verify actions that happen outside the platform, including social follows, purchases, redemptions, bookings, event attendance, downloads, payments, or other external conversions.
• Thriftero is not responsible for any loss, cost, expense, excessive redemption, pricing error, incorrect discount, missing limit, unintended availability, lost revenue, lost profit, or other financial consequence resulting from a promotion, offer, code, setting, condition, or information created, configured, or published by a business or profile owner.

User content, photos, flyers, logos, and text

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, publish, link to, or display through Thriftero. This includes business names, descriptions, logos, images, photos, flyers, graphics, promotion text, offer details, discount codes, external links, QR-linked pages, and any other material connected to your account.

By uploading or publishing content on Thriftero, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, consents, or authorization to use and publish it.
• Your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contract rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Your content is not false, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for the platform.
• Your promotions, offers, codes, and claims are truthful and can be honored by you or your business.

You keep ownership of your content. However, by uploading or publishing content on Thriftero, you grant Thriftero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, resize, process, reproduce, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and display the service. This includes public profiles, promotion pages, social sharing previews, QR-linked pages, dashboards, search or discovery features if introduced, analytics, support, and related platform functionality.

This license ends when your content is removed from active public display, except that copies may remain in backups, logs, cached previews, analytics, security records, or internal systems for a limited period, and except where retention is needed for legal, operational, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

External links and downloadable content

Users are responsible for all external links, files, downloads, pages, and third-party destinations they add to Thriftero.

You may not use Thriftero to link to, promote, unlock, distribute, or provide access to unlawful, pirated, infringing, unauthorized, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content. This includes unauthorized music files, videos, images, software, documents, downloads, streams, or other copyrighted material.

You may only link to content, downloads, platforms, offers, files, or external pages that you have the right to share and that comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Thriftero may remove, disable, hide, restrict, or block external links, downloads, promotions, accounts, or content that appear to violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, create legal risk, or harm users or the platform.

Thriftero does not endorse, verify, control, or assume responsibility for external websites, files, downloads, offers, payment pages, booking pages, social platforms, music platforms, event pages, or other third-party destinations linked from the service.

Copyright and intellectual property complaints

Thriftero respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Thriftero infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, you may contact us at support@thriftero.com and identify the content at issue.

Thriftero may remove, hide, disable, or restrict content or accounts that appear to infringe third-party rights or create legal risk.

If Thriftero later publishes a formal DMCA policy or designated agent information, copyright notices should be sent according to that policy. Until then, copyright or rights-related complaints may be sent to support [at] thriftero [dot] com.

Provider responsibility for lead information

If you use Thriftero features that collect visitor information, including email-gated promotions, you are responsible for your use of any lead information you access, download, store, contact, export, or process outside of Thriftero.

You agree to use lead information only in a lawful, responsible, and non-abusive manner, including complying with applicable privacy, advertising, anti-spam, consumer protection, consent, recordkeeping, and data-security laws.

Thriftero may provide tools to collect, verify, store, and export lead information, but Thriftero does not control how you use exported lead information after it leaves the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate records, honoring unsubscribe or opt-out requests where required, avoiding misleading or deceptive communications, and protecting any lead information you download or store.

You may not use lead information for spam, harassment, deceptive marketing, resale of personal information, unlawful sharing, abusive messaging, or any unlawful purpose.

Thriftero may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that misuse visitor information or create risk for visitors, providers, or the platform.

Visitor submissions and email-gated promotions

Visitors may be asked to submit their name and email address before revealing certain promotions. By submitting information through an email-gated promotion, the visitor understands that the information may be shared with both Thriftero and the business or provider connected to that promotion.

Thriftero may use verification links, timestamps, logs, consent records, and other operational records to support the reveal flow, reduce abuse, maintain security, and document the submission.

Thriftero is not responsible for how a business or provider uses lead information after that information is exported, downloaded, copied, or used outside the platform.

Third-party platforms

Profiles and promotions may include links to third-party websites or platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, booking pages, payment pages, business websites, maps, social platforms, or other external services.

Thriftero is not responsible for third-party platforms, their content, their availability, their policies, their pricing, their checkout or booking systems, or what happens after a user leaves Thriftero.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.

No verification of outside actions

Thriftero does not request, verify, guarantee, or confirm actions that occur outside the platform. This includes social follows, likes, shares, purchases, bookings, event attendance, downloads, redemptions, payments, coupon usage, customer visits, or other external conversions.

Referrals, earned promotions, and platform rewards

Thriftero may offer referral features, earned promotions, rewards, credits, promotional access, or other growth-related features. These features may be changed, limited, paused, expired, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

Referral or reward activity may be subject to limits, verification, expiration rules, abuse prevention, eligibility rules, and other conditions set by Thriftero.

You may not create fake accounts, misleading referrals, automated signups, duplicate accounts, or other activity designed to abuse referral or reward systems.

Free, premium, and paid features

Thriftero may offer free, premium, paid, trial, promotional, or limited-access features. Feature limits, pricing, availability, plan names, and included benefits may change over time.

Paid features, if enabled, may be handled through third-party payment processors. Payment processing, billing information, and payment methods may be subject to the payment processor's own terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated, Thriftero does not guarantee that any feature, limit, plan, price, or promotional benefit will remain available permanently.

Service discontinuation

We may suspend or permanently discontinue all or part of Thriftero at any time for business, technical, legal, operational, security, financial, or other reasons.

If we permanently discontinue paid services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance. Where applicable, we may cancel future subscription renewals and provide an appropriate refund for any unused prepaid subscription period, as required by law.

If the service is permanently discontinued, users are responsible for exporting any information they wish to retain before the announced shutdown date.

Content moderation

Thriftero may remove, hide, limit, restrict, expire, disable, or refuse any profile, promotion, image, flyer, link, lead feature, referral activity, or account that violates these terms, appears misleading, expires, creates legal or operational risk, infringes rights, harms the platform, harms users, or is otherwise inappropriate for the service.

Thriftero may take moderation action with or without prior notice.

Prohibited and restricted promotions

Thriftero currently does not permit promotions, content, links, downloads, or offers involving illegal goods or services; weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous materials; illegal drugs, controlled substances, cannabis, tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products; alcoholic beverages; gambling, betting, paid raffles, or regulated games of chance; sexually explicit content or sexual services; counterfeit, stolen, pirated, or unauthorized goods or content; prescription drugs or unapproved medical products; fraudulent financial services, deceptive investment opportunities, pyramid schemes, or guaranteed-income claims; fake reviews, fake followers, account sales, identity documents, personal data, or services intended to deceive or impersonate others.

Thriftero may also reject, restrict, hide, or remove promotions involving regulated, age-restricted, unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, or high-risk products or services, even when a category is not specifically listed above.

These restrictions apply to all promotion descriptions, claims, codes, images, flyers, uploaded materials, downloadable files, external links, redemption instructions, and other content associated with an account or promotion.

Businesses and profile owners are solely responsible for ensuring that their products, services, promotions, claims, eligibility requirements, and redemption practices comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and third-party rules.

Thriftero may review, refuse, restrict, hide, remove, or disable any promotion, content, link, or account at its discretion when necessary to protect users, the public, or the platform.

Availability and changes

We may change, improve, pause, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the service itself at any time. The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, permanent availability of public pages, or continued availability of any specific feature.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the service and user information. However, no online service or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Thriftero is not responsible for unauthorized access, cyberattacks, malware, denial-of-service attacks, security breaches, vulnerabilities in third-party services, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Data retention and backups

Users are responsible for keeping copies of important information, including promotions, images, flyers, exported leads, and other business data.

Although Thriftero may perform backups and operational safeguards, we do not guarantee permanent storage, recovery, or restoration of any user content, files, or data.

Disclaimer of results

Thriftero does not guarantee profile traffic, promotion views, QR scans, clicks, leads, follows, customers, purchases, bookings, redemptions, sales, revenue, event attendance, business growth, or any other result.

Any business result depends on many factors outside Thriftero's control, including your offer, pricing, audience, location, content quality, external platforms, customer behavior, and market conditions.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriftero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriftero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses resulting from third-party platforms, user content, promotions, links, flyers, images, QR codes, email-gated promotions, lead exports, downtime, data loss, unauthorized access, account misuse, external transactions, provider communications, or actions taken outside the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriftero's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Thriftero, if any, during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Events beyond our control

Thriftero will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to provide the service resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include Internet outages, hosting failures, cloud service interruptions, third-party provider failures, cyberattacks, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or similar events.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thriftero from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your content, your promotions, your use of lead information, your external communications, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, or your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date shown on this page. Continued use of Thriftero after an update means the updated terms will apply going forward.

Governing law

Unless otherwise required by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
